All Individuals wanting to perform DIY tasks on the marina property must read, sign, and have a copy filed in the Marina office the DIY Marina Rules Agreement below.

DIY Marina Rules, Clean Marina Practices, and Subcontractor Agreements

Coltons Point Marina is a certified Clean Marina located just over an hour from the DC Metropolitan Beltway in beautiful Southern Maryland. We allow Do-It-Yourselfers (DIYs) to do general maintenance and service while at the marina. Our yard has conveniently located electric and water outlets to facilitate DIY jobs*. Coltons Point Marina requires that all supplies for DIY maintenance be purchased through the Marina. The marina has a well stocked ships store and can usually get free next day delivery for anything not in stock. Additionally, we have competitive prices and will most likely meet or beat the chain store prices.
