Coltons Point Marina’s NEW REFERRAL PROGRAM!

Referral program offered by to existing customers:
Refer a new customer to Coltons Point Marina and receive a significant credit toward your account. If your referral customer becomes an Annual Slip Holder you will receive a percentage of their contract credited to your account. We will be happy to provide you 10% of the referred customer's expenditures on Slip and Winter Storage with Coltons Point Marina for the first FULL YEAR. Rules & Regulations

• Eligibility – Referrer - An "eligible referrer" does not need to be a current Coltons Point Marina client. However, if the "eligible referrer" is a client, they must be in good financial standing with Coltons Point Marina to receive a gift under the Program.
• Eligibility – Referred - "Eligible referred individuals" under the Program cannot be current or former Coltons Point Marina customers.
• Referral Process - An "eligible referrer" identifies an "eligible referred individual" by completing and submitting the Referral Form located at coltonspointmarina.com. No other form of submission will be accepted. Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Coltons Point Marina.
• Referral Gifts - When an "eligible referred individual" signs an annual contract with Coltons Point Marina, the appropriate "eligible referrer" will receive 10% of the referred customer's expenditures on Slip and Winter Storage with Coltons Point Marina for the first FULL YEAR. If the same person is referred by multiple parties, the first person to submit the Referral will be considered the "eligible referrer". Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Coltons Point Marina.
• Payment Process - Coltons Point marina will provide a refund to the next quarter’s slip fees for the entire referral amount. If the referral amount is more than the slip fees a credit will be provided.
• Right to Modify - Coltons Point Marina reserves the right to change or discontinue the Program at any time without notice.
• Entire Agreement - These Rules and Regulations represent the entire agreement between Coltons Point Marina customers and Coltons Point Marina with respect to the Referral Program.
• Governing Law - These Rules and Regulations will be interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts within St. Mary’s County, Maryland for the purposes of litigating any such action
